Your Role您的角色  

Act as an academic liaison between the company and hospitals, coordinating clinical applications, providing localized technical support, and facilitating hospital feedback. Flexible collaboration—no fixed office hours—ideal for medical professionals with ophthalmic resources or networks. 作为厂家与医院间的学术交流桥梁，负责协调产品临床应用、提供本地化技术支持，并协助医院需求反馈。无需坐班，灵活合作，适合拥有眼科资源或渠道的个体医疗从业者。 

Requirements招募条件

✅ Established partnerships with local hospital ophthalmology departments/physicians (e.g., academic collaborations). 拥有当地医院眼科科室/医生的合作资源（如学术合作关系等）
✅ Flexibility to efficiently align clinical needs between hospitals and the company. 时间灵活，能高效协调厂家与医院的临床需求对接；
✅ Age 25–55, bachelor’s degree or above, integrity, and legal compliance. 年龄25-55岁，本科毕业，诚信守法；
